Development History
2004 to 2006 | the Foundation operated exclusively in Norilsk, being the first charity organisation in Russia working comprehensively in a specific region. |

Since 2006 | Foundation’s activities have expanded to cover the largest region of Siberia — Krasnoyarsk District. |
Since 2008 | several of the Foundation’s competitive programmes have begun to be implemented in the Urals, Siberia and Far East Federal Districts. |
2009 | In 2009, as a result of expanding the geographical reach of the Foundation’s activities, it was decided to relocate the executive directorate to Krasnoyarsk. |
2010 | The Foundation opens its Moscow Office. The Foundation's activities begin in the Central Federal Region – notably in the Voronezh, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Tambov, Ryazan and Kaluga Districts. |
2010 to 2013 | A number of projects were held at Federal level, and also of International significance – the “Nose” Literature Prize; and “Unknown Siberia” in Lyon, France; and “Trans-Cultural Express – Art in Russia and the USA Today”. |
2013 to 2014 | A number of the Foundation's projects took place in the Togliatti and Samara Regions. |
3rd of March, 2018 | The Foundation celebrates 14 years of its activity. |
During this period of the Foundation's work: |
• the charitable fund budget rose by 13 times • the overall level of charitable funds topped 3 billion rubles • the Foundation's Panel of Experts considered approximately 14,000 applications – of which over 5,000 received support • the Foundation began and completed more than 30 of its own projects – of which a great number have become annual events • the number of participants and audience members at the Foundation's events has exceeded one million people. |
